Where we ship

We ship pan-India. International shipping is not available right now.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Sat, excluding public holidays).

Delivery time

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days
• Rest of India: 5–7 business days
• Remote pin codes: 7–10 business days

Shipping charges

• Orders ≥ ₹999: FREE shipping
• Orders < ₹999: flat ₹79 prepaid shipping, unless updated at checkout
• Cash on Delivery is temporarily unavailable and will be shown at checkout only when enabled.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email and SMS once your order is dispatched. You can also track from your account dashboard.

Undelivered orders

If three delivery attempts fail or the parcel is returned to us, we'll contact you to reship (extra shipping charge) or refund minus shipping cost.
