All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is out of stock, mispriced, or suspected of fraud. In that case we refund in full.
An order is confirmed only after successful payment and our email/SMS confirmation.

We make every effort to show accurate colours and sizes, but on-screen rendering may vary slightly from the physical product.

All content (photos, logo, designs, copy) belongs to Chatpati. You may not copy, resell, or reproduce it without written permission.

Our liability for any claim arising from your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
